About the Artist
Born in Prince George, BC, Canada, Karen Erickson is a spectacular self-taught Métis-Cree artist whose passion for creating artistic masterpieces began in childhood. Inspired by nature, animals, and the people in her life, Karen paints stories through her art — working in acrylics, oil, and etching across mediums including canvas, rocks, glassware, driftwood, and feathers. She takes pride in connecting with people through her beautiful work.
